Paul and Turk
Paul had decided to write a song about OTM because it's all about music Over The Mountain.. Turk got on board with the idea and began putting a score down.. and the end result was a pretty kool tune about OTM. The final mastering is still in the works, so enjoy the clip for now.

Peace
I ventured north to the mountain, on one dark lonely night.
The moon it was hangin’ so low and the stars they were so bright.
And all in a moment, the trees they came to life.
And a chill shot through me, cold as ice just like a knife.

In the mist was a black magic woman, standin’ there in the grass.
My head it started ta spinnin’ and I was hopn’ that it would pass.
She said, “You’ll soon learn the story, of the people who live in this land,
You go on down Copperhead Road, and you will find the Old Man.”

CHORUS

There was a Bear with a fiddle a Bear with a Banjo and A Bear with a stand-up Bass.
The music’s so thick as it rose through the air, there’s something magic about this place.
It was the night the music came to me.
It was the night the music set me free.

Bridge

Then like a dream I was floatin’ through fog, I saw Rocky Raccoon and Jack Chester’s dog.
I crossed Seven Bridges heard an ol’ Dobro, in front of a cabin there sat Curtis Lowe.

He looked right through me with eyes white and pale said, “The gift of the music is right down the trail.
Go a lil’ farther down and you will be on top, the lights in the darkness yea that’s where you’ll stop.”

When I reached the hi-way, I was blinded by headlights.
Sho ‘nuff it was Mustang Sally, long tall and lookin’ right.
She gave me a wink and gave me a grin said, “Boy why you waitin’ just jump on in.” ……

CHORUS

Repeat Chorus
